  • Shipping & Delivery

    Postage and packing is free of charge for all retail orders to a UK mainland address and your jewellery will be sent 2nd Class Royal Mail. For orders outside of the UK mainland, please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page for a quote on postage costs before placing your order. At Bryony Jade Jewellery we reuse bubble wrap and padded envelopes to send orders wherever possible – this is to keep costs down and keep our planet green. You will also receive a hand finished recycled card gift box for your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 days of receiving payment. All of the jewellery that you see on the Bryony Jade Jewellery website is hand made to order so there may be a delay at busy periods throughout the year. If this is the case, you will receive an email to notify you of the delay. If you do require your order quicker than this please send us an email and we will do our best to assist as we always aim to please.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We hope that you love all of the jewellery that you order from us but if you are unhappy with your purchase then you can return it within 21 days of receipt for a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.  If, however, a pair of earrings arrive damaged, then please contact us via the Contact Us page or so that we can arrange a repair or exchange. For any items that arrive damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt. 

  • Ordering

    Once you have successfully placed your order via this website you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. If you do experience problems whilst trying to place an order, please use the Contact Me form to send me a message and we will do our best to assist you.

    If there is a specific colour or size that you want and it is not available on the website then please contact us to discuss what you would like.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    We currently accept payment via PayPal and we also accept cheques. PLEASE NOTE – YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY VIA PAYPAL – JUST CLICK THE OPTION TO PAY BY CARD. You can use any major Debit and Credit cards when you choose this option. If you choose the option to pay via cheque, please follow the instructions on the checkout. Orders will only be sent when payment has cleared.

    To view your order details simply log into your account and view past purchases.

  • Updating Account Information

    To edit your account details simply log onto your account via the My Account button at the top of the page and update as necessary.
